Our cosy bar is open to guests for drinks and oriental tapas. During the winter season we offer regular entertainment in the evenings. Summer is chill - relax on our sunny terrace with a cool beer and a tasty oriental tapas or enjoy the vibe inside.

Our Bambu Oriental Restaurant is famous for fresh, vibrant asian fusion cuisine. Offering a range of oriental tapas, À La Carte and our popular themed buffets (season depending). See our restaurant page for more details including menus.

Our À La Carte menu is also available to order as Room Service.

A supplement of €15 per person will be added to your room bill for room service. Alternatively you are welcome to wander down and collect your order in-person without supplement.

The main entrance door to the hotel is locked at night and during quiet periods. When the front entrance is locked, please access the hotel using the side door with the 4digit code you were given when you checked in.

Guests have free use of the ski room and garage for bike storage, located in the basement of the hotel. Please ask reception for access.

Thank you for not wearing your ski boots inside the hotel and please do not take your bike to the bedroom.

The hotel enjoys super fast wifi in all areas including rooms.

Please join HotelResidents - the code is available from the bar or reception.

Please respect your fellow guests particularly when arriving back late or departing early by keeping noise levels to a minimum. Loud music is not permitted in rooms.

We do not allow smoking anywhere inside the hotel including bedrooms.

Unfortunately we do not accept pets anywhere within the hotel.

You can have an automated personal alarm call. Please lift the handset on your bedroom phone and dial 60 followed by the time of call requested in 24 hour format (example 0735). Wait for beeps and hang up.

All rooms have 2 sets of bedside international sockets with USB 2.0 ports for charging your devices.

We can offer a tasty picnic lunch for your early start or a family adventure in the mountains. Please order before 21:00 the day before.

Public Buses

During the winter a ski bus operates and stops outside the hotel - please check the notice board for times.

The national bus website is https://bus.ad/ - the Palarine is on the L5 route (timetable) and the bus stop is 50 metres away.

Hotel Minibus

The hotel minibus is available most days shuttling guests to Arinsal and La Massana. During the winter and depending on snow conditions and guest demand we often drive guests to Granvalira from time to time.

Please check at reception for timings.

Taxis

We are happy to order a taxi for you although taxis in Andorra will not allow reservations. You can also order a taxi via CitiXerpa's app.

Airport Transfers

Regular coaches run between the main airports and Andorra National Bus Station.
